MIAMI BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 1, 2005--ISIP Telecom Inc. a wholly owned subsiduary of Invicta Group Inc. (OTC BB: IVGA) announces that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire European Telecom Technologies (ET&T).

ET&T has its main offices in Madrid Spain and points of presence in the UK, USA, Colombia, Argentina and Ecuador. Its goal is to expand in the USA offering VoIP services to new customers.
Currently sales are Euro 120,000 per month ($156,000) and growing at a fast pace, expanding network and profits every month. ET&T is using VoIP as a transport for interconnection and long distance, and has started to design VoIP products for end users. ET&T has experience in the Spanish market, one of the most competitive markets in Europe and currently provides Ethnic Groups with a variation of Calling Cards specially designated for specific markets. ET&T also provides VoIP termination to a number of Call Shops through out Spain and is beginning operations in Colombia and Ecuador. ET&T is developing VoIP product to end-users that includes WI-FI telephony in pocket areas of Spain and Latin America for ethnic market groups, Corporate VoIP Systems and Residential Products.
